Technical Support :: Email Setting POP3

The following is the setting for OUTLOOK Email Client...
(note: This setting is only for ServiceD Customer.)

Setting for OUTLOOK EXPRESS

RECIEVE MAIL FROM POP3 1.) Open Outlook Express and Click MENU: Tool > Account... This will create a new POP 3 Email account. * Please note that you need to have your account made by ServiceD before creating POP3 Mail Account. each Email account ServiceD has set will have standard of 20 MB Quota * For more than 20 MB, please contact ServiceD for detail
2.) Click on "ADD" and select Mail to create new Mail Account
3.) Type in your fullname/company name or any desire names for your new email account. Click Next to continue.
4.) Type your email account which ServiceD has been created. For example: YourName@YourDomainName.com and click Next to continue. *Please note: YourName and YourDomainNameis your website name. if you are unsure of your domain name, please contact serviceD for details
5.) In the next window, select and type as the following: Type of Server, Select type POP3 Server Incoming mail (POP3): *mail.YourDomainName.com Outgoing mail (STMP) Server: mail.YourDomainName.com* *Please note: YourDomainNameis your website name. if you are unsure of your domain name, please contact serviceD for details
6.) Type in your Account Name ex: YourName@YourDomainName.com and Password in the password field. if you are unsure of your domain name,account name, or password, please contact serviceD for details And Click Next to continue. 7. Click Finish to finish creating your new email account
7.) Notice new account you just created. Click Close to close Internet Account window
8.) Test your new account by locate and click on Send/Recv Button on OUTLOOK Tool bar. Select on the account your just create as shown on picture. Problems or questions, please contact serviceD

OUTGOING MAIL SETTING
1.) Select your mail account and click Properties Button
2.) Click on Servers tap. In the Servers Properties, locate the check box in Outgoing Mail Server as highlighted in the picture on the right. Check the check box next to the messages "My server requires authentication" 3.) Click Apply and close Internet Account window. 4.) You will now be able to send out your mail
